RETURNS
Parts and accessory returns may incur a 10% restocking fee and must be returned within 10 days of order delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable. All shipping fees for returns to Centerfire Reserve are the sole responsibility of the customer. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be in brand new condition, unopened, in the original manufacturer’s packaging as it was received. Should the product come back with missing parts, damage, signs of use, or in an unsellable condition due to customer tampering, the return will not be accepted. Please contact us by email for the correct return mailing address before shipping.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Manufacturing issues must first be handled through the product manufacturer, not through Centerfire Reserve. Defective products should not be returned to Centerfire Reserve without prior approval under any circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for defective products unless the product has been evaluated and determined to be defective by the manufacturer and their return process has been completed. Any defects with products must be brought to our attention prior to the return. Centerfire Reserve can assist you in working with the manufacturer toward resolution if requested.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Specifically those with hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and processed your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your recent credit card transactions list, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Regular or sale priced items may be refunded. Any items specifically listed as clearance, open box or scratch & dent cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or still brand new sealed in the factory packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Sales@CenterfireReserve.com and we will assist you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
