The AAC Ranger 5 RBP (Reduced Back-Pressure) BLK Suppressor is AAC’s first step into the gas mitigation market. With the new Double-Helix Gas System designed in house for gas mitigation, we are able to reduce the majority of the gas coming back into the Shooter’s face while not sacrificing sound and still providing AAC durability!

Double Helix Gas Internals “The Double-Helix™ Gas System design from AAC allows a portion of the propellant gas to flow quickly down the length of the suppressor before being speed-braked by a pair of helical geometric speed-bumps that are configured to promote one-way directional flow.”
