DEAD AIR KEY-MICRO LEGACY ADAPTER (FOR SILENCERCO RUGGED, GRIFFIN W/1.125″-28 THREAD SIZE) DA452

Quick attach mounting adapter for attaching KeyMicro flash hiders and muzzle brakes to a select number of competitor’s compatible pistol socket silencers (SilencerCo, Rugged, Griffin, etc). Dead Air DA452 Key-Micro Legacy Adapter for select models of SilenceCo, Rugged, etc is a versatile tool you can use to give your firearm more mounting options. It’s an ideal addition for anyone using non-standard rails or mounts. The Key-Micro adapter is best used alongside the Micro Brake. Together, these options increase the number of mounting options available to you, taking your operations to the next level. Dead Air recognized that there was a need to expand the same proven mounting technology beyond the Sandman.  

COMPATIBLE SILENCER(S): 

The Legacy adapter will allow you use KeyMicro brakes and flash hiders with some pistol socket silencers from other manufacturer’s – please double check individual silencer compatibility if you are unsure. We are unable to take returns on threaded suppressor accessories. Model# DA451 – Compatible with Dead Air Ghost, Wolf-9SD, Wolfman – the standard Key-Micro Mount that fits Dead Air’s P-series suppressors. The DA451 Key-Micro mount is threaded 1-13/64x28tpi  (1.2031-28-UNS-2A). IMPORTANT NOTE: Model# DA542 is compatible with SilencerCo (Alpha thread ie. Omega 9k and Octane series), Rugged (ie. Obsidian series) and some Griffin pistol series. Some other manufacturer’s models may be compatible as well if they share the same thread pitch (1.125″-28) as the DA452 Key-Micro LEGACY Adapter.  This model is not the standard Key-Micro Mount that fits Dead Air’s suppressors – that mount is # DA451.   Note: Fitment of existing Keymount muzzle devices will depend on the suppressor being used due to the smaller blast chambers found in suppressors that are optimized for pistol cartridges. To mount your suppressor using KeyMicro adapter your host firearm must be equipped with a KeyMicro muzzle device (sold separately).  KeyMicro muzzle brakes can be purchased here.  KeyMicro flash hiders can be purchased here.
